Biography:

I teach a variety of English classes and the rare Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies class. I am also a mom of 7, married 26 years, an animal lover (involved in the management of a small cat rescue: BirchviewHaven.com), a fantasy/sci-fi fan, a student of theology, and anthropological literature, a casual gardener and nature photographer.

  • M. A. in English (Writing Studies concentration) from University of Maine, 2020
  • B.A. in English (Technical Writing concentration) from University of Maine, 2017
  • B.S, in Environmental Horticulture (Business concentration, sustainable agriculture and sustainable food systems minors) from University of Maine, 2016
