Originally from Illinois, Gabriella Fryer earned her AA in English at Illinois Central College and BA in English, with a minor in History, at Bradley University. Gabriella’s areas of interest and research include Medieval literature, Shakespeare, 18th and 19th century literature, poetry, creative nonfiction, and autoethnography; in these spaces, she writes about ghosts, bodies, magic, nature, and food. Her poetry can be found at Broadside Journal, Shemom Zine, and Bottlecap Press. Gabriella also enjoys being outdoors, cooking, film, and spending time with her husband and kids.
