Concentration in the Master Program: Poetics

Areas of Research: I came to University of Maine with a BA in English with a concentration in Creative Writing and a minor in Film Studies. My current research within the Master Program focuses on the poetics of digital and cinematic texts in the field of English Studies and draws its sustenance from the field of Digital Humanities and Methodologies. I continue to follow the avenues of specialization set out in my undergraduate degree all the while deepening my understanding of the production and analysis of texts in digital forms.
